A popular television series, “Adolescence,” has caught the attention of much of the global audience on Netflix.
Despite its mature rating, the television series depicts current life in the top income-producing or “G-7” nations, including the U.S. and the U.K.
Sir Keir Starmer, the current U.K Prime Minister declared to Parliament that he “has been watching it” with his teenagers.
Central to the series’ fictional story line is a 13-year-old boy who has killed a girl by stabbing.
The boy was bullied on social media to the point of feeling ugly.
He soon joined “4chan.org,” the secretive, alternate role modeling platform for young men and boys, where he learned “involuntary celibacy” or “INCEL.”
The “INCEL” hive mindset replaces societal role models that have long disappeared in every culture, especially for boys and young men.
Most global cultures now have fathers (and mothers) that emulate self-service, rather than inspiration and encouragement, engorged on the fat of cellphones and beer, polyamorous “open” relationships or career advancement.
“INCEL” has replaced the complete absence of societal role models leaving in its wake a seething hatred of women and girls known as “femicide” where 1 U.K woman is killed every 3 days, while 3 U.S. women are killed per day.
INCEL MINDSET: Hatred of females has developed from what young men and boys interpret as their complete loss of society's formerly shared power and control. "Involuntary celibacy" (INCEL) has thus been foisted upon these men and boys after decades of empowered girls and women have claimed most higher education and higher-paying jobs, leaving "INCELs" behind. There's nothing left for relationships or career goals, but a "me-too" playbook that is dictated by...women.
Enter, the traditional Role Model.
The Role Model has been around since Moses led the Israelite people across a desert from Egypt, through the Red Sea and back to their origins following another famous Role Model in the form of a Cloud by day and Fire by night.
Unlike a mentor, who must maintain a close relationship with a disciple, the traditional Role Model encourages, inspires and teaches by example.
The most important feature of a Role Model is constructive feedback, which in turn offers the one offering Role Modeling the chance to have success and joy by giving to another person.
Often, that other person is your child (children) who ensure(s) YOUR self-improvement as you better yourself in the process!
